Role Overview :
Provide quality phone banking services to different types of customer
Process customer requests in a professional manner
Handle customer opinion / feedback timely to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Keep abreast of the banking knowledge and meet the compliance / regulatory requirements
Ideal Profile :
Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 and Hong Kong Securities and Investment (HKSI) Paper 1, 7 and 8 an advantage
Require to work with flexi-hours
Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
Willing to share ideas with colleagues and enjoy teamwork
With drive to learn for growth in the banking industry
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
