Legal Consultant - Japanese Speakers (to be based in Hong Kong / Singapore)

We are currently seeking to hire qualified lawyers with fluency in Japanese language skills to join our ranks and support various Fortune 500 clients, role to be based in Singapore or Hong Kong :

This position requires being based in / relocation to Hong Kong or Singapore, and is ideal for lawyers with excellent / native Japanese fluency, who are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment. We will sponsor visa.

Responsibilities

• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F100 clients to provide commercially tailored support
• Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
• Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required
