1、协助执行日常运作,如员工持股平台管理、报告、记录保存和数据系统管理; 2、开发、完善和优化与股权激励计划管理相关的系统、流程、IT系统及方案; 3、制定和更新股权激励计划运营的政策和程序、做出切实可行的规定、工作有章可循; 4、提供股权激励计划相关的咨询和支持、能够回答员工对股权激励计划相关的问题; 5、根据需要执行特殊项目 The position involves a thorough understanding of the entire process of equity incentive plan management, acting as a liaison with the business side, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring the compliance and smooth operation of the equity incentive plan on a daily basis. 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations, such as managing the employee stock ownership platform, reporting, record keeping, and data system management. 2. Develop, improve, and optimize systems, processes, IT systems, and solutions related to equity incentive plan management. 3. Establish and update policies and procedures for the operation of the equity incentive plan, making practical and feasible regulations, and ensuring a structured approach to the work. 4. Provide consultation and support related to the equity incentive plan, able to answer employee questions regarding the plan. 5. Execute special projects as required.
