职位描述Conduct supplier evaluation, negotiate costs and trading terms. Collaborate with suppliers, overseas buyers, designers, and engineers to ensure project schedules from parts introduction to mass production are met. Provide support to the purchasing function at relevant factories, addressing any supply chain issues affecting business operations. Perform price analysis and negotiations to optimize procurement costs. Proactively monitor and address organizational risks and opportunities. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier dynamics. Cultivate and sustain strong supplier relationships through effective communication. Conduct audits at production sites and offer guidance for quality enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-8 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in procurement processes with factories and overseas buyers focusing on quality control.
- Demonstrated expertise in trade negotiations.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Japanese language skills are a definite asset.
