About Our Client :
Our client is a leading electronical manufacturer, specialize in home appliance ODM. They are seeking a Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager to join their team, who will reporting to the Engineering Director and responsible to lead a engineering team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of electronic systems and components.
- Oversee all phases of product development from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including Sales, R&D, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and clients to optimize product design and performance.
- Facilitate the implementation of efficient project management methodologies to ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders and ensure excellent product delivery across quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to guide engineering decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
