Responsibilities :
Responsible for administrative and logistic tasks related to training
Perform reception duties at front desk
Ensure the daily operation of the training centre is smooth
Assist in preparing monthly reports for management reference
Coordinate training programs and arrange training schedules
Support and provide excellent customer service for the full cycle of exam centre operation, from examinee registration to completion of examination
Answer incoming phone call and handle customers enquiries
Handle ad-hoc situations and work closely with training team to accomplish team goals
Requirements :
Form 5 education or above
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Creative, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and able to deal with ad-hoc situations
Excellent communication / interpersonal skill and service manner
Good PC skill in usage of Excel, MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
