As a key member of the Digital and Technology Office, you will contribute to the company’s strategic growth by launching and scaling next-generation distribution partnerships. In this role, you will design and implement omnichannel sales strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead generation to conversion. You will analyse data to optimize customer interactions, collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams, and co-lead pilot programs to refine salesforce management.
