职位描述Provide customer service support to assigned clients Well monitor & prioritize daily order submission, response client's enquiry in a timely manner. Well manage troubleshoot and able to alert any potential complaints Ad hoc duties assign by supervisor Higher Diploma or above in Science or other related disciplines Experience in testing laboratory industry will be a plus Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines Competency in MS Office skills including Work, Excel and Outlook Immediately available at work is an advance Public Holidays Double Pay and Performance Bonus Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Annual Leave, Service Anniversary Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave Company Outing Allowance Long Service Award Festival Bonus and Special Gratuity On-the-job training as well as Training Sponsorship / Subsidies
