Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation

职位描述Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or related discipline. Previous experience working on New Business (NB) processes or systems within the insurance industry is essential Solid hands-on experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement Familiarity with insurance operations such as underwriting, onboarding, and policy administration Proven ability to support system transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration Strong documentation andmunication skills across business and IT Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) Experience with sales tool enhancements or backend system integration Exposure to GenAI technologies or automation initiatives Experience coordinating with regional / offshore teams Immediately available candidates will be considered first.
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to business analysis activities depending on level of experience
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Document and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications (, BRDs)
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and validate requirements from stakeholders
- Support UAT planning, coordination, and issue tracking
- Participate in the transformation of New Business (NB) processes and system integration efforts
- Contribute to the enhancement of sales tools and backend support systems
