Corporate Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients (treasurers, CFOs, pension fundmittees) to expand the firm’s AUM.
Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their investment objectives and positioning tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a structured sales plan focused on corporate treasury liquidity, pension fund mandates, and bespoke investment mandates.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with portfolio managers, product specialists, and client service teams to deliver solutions aligned with corporate needs.
Revenue & AUM Growth : Achieve and exceed annual AUM-raising targets from corporate clients.
Job Requirement :
Minimum 10+ years of direct sales experience covering corporate clients in asset management,mercial banking, treasury solutions, or institutional sales.
Proven track record of raising and retaining AUM from large corporates (treasury, pension funds, or corporate investment arms).
Established network of C-suite and senior corporate treasury contacts.
Strong knowledge of corporate investment needs, including liquidity management, pension fund strategies, and fixed ie / alternatives solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, or treasury-related certifications ( CFA) is a plus.
Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Strong analytical skills to understandplex corporate investment challenges.
Ability to engage credibly with senior corporate executives.
