职位描述Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Knowledge and experience in using booking system would be an advantage
We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Summer Palace / Nadaman based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Host / Hostess - Summer Palace / Nadaman , we rely on you to :
- Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
- Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
- Be responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
- Assist in menu printing and related administration work
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
