The Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategy and campaigns for Häagen-Dazs within the Hong Kong market. Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market awareness for the assigned business unit and project for accelerating business growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver omnichannel initiatives and brand strategies effectively at all levels, including pricing and promotional tactics, pre & prost-campaign evaluation.
Keep track of marketing intelligence and conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external business partners such as creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure the alignment of marketing communication strategies.
Plan and analyze A&CP spending to maximize ROI and effectiveness
Requirements :
Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
A minimum of 8 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with leading MNC FMCG companies.
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative brand strategies to accelerate business growth
Strong data analysis capabilities and solid business acumen.
Creativity and strategic thinking, strong analytical skill and numerical sense
A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is committed to achieving collective goals through collaboration.
Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and supervisory skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
