The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering the order and material flows for Asia Pacific and Middle East regions; and being the key role to manage the relationship with internal & external customers, and logistics services providers for warehousing & global freight forwarding.

The primary responsibilities include :

• Orders Fulfillment
• Handle the customers inquiries / issues / claims in our CRM systems
• Manage escalations from business partners
• Liaise with HQ Supply Managers and Asia Pacific Factories to ensure on-time deliveries
• Manage inbound and outbound stock movement of our Global Distribution centers in Germany and Singapore to the regions.
• Manage deliveries directly from Asia Pacific Factories to our end customers
• Monitor shipments with Forwarders
• Manage return shipments from customers
• Logistical KPI performance management
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support projects with Logistics focus
• Ad hoc tasks as required by Management
