Role :
- Oversee and execute corporate finance transactions including IPOs and M&A.
- Lead due diligence, business reviews, financial and legal analyses on deals and transactions.
- Maintain currency with all relevant market rules and regulations that pertain to corporate finance.
- Serve on the Responsible Officer Approvalmittee.
- Provide guidance and give feedback to banking team(s) as appropriate.
- Work with Legal and to ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulations, collaborate with regulatory authorities and audit partners as appropriate.
