Responsibilities

  • Analyze, maintain, and enhance systems related to employeepensation
  • Perform accurate salary, bonus, and benefits calculations
  • Work directly with HR and payroll users to gather requirements and resolve issues
  • Generate reports and insights frompensation data
  • Support system testing and improvements without relying on external vendors

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in employeepensation systems or payroll analysis
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
