We are looking
for someone who has :
- Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a sizeable luxury Hotel or related service industry
- Knowledge in Opera System and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem solving skills, leadership skills and communications skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua to interact with guests, colleagues and management in a professional manner
Candidates with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Duty Manager
