职位描述University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent At least 5 years working experience in application support environment, of which 3 years working as a System / Business Analyst or first line application support analyst Practical solution experience in a school environment is highly preferable Solid exposure in total solution integration including application, infrastructure, security and collaboration Solid exposure in Cloud environments an advantage Strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work independently Self-initiated, independent and able to work under pressure Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Responsibilities
- Support application systems and provide first line assistance to end users
- Identify problem nature and effectively communicate with vendors’ support
- Facilitate user requirement collections and system analysis
- Understand user’s business needs and document resulting operation workflow
- Articulate and support technical solutions integrated and implemented in a Cloud environment
- Liaise with solution vendors and monitor the outcome in a joint work force consisting of multiple business functions and vendors
- Communicate the solution within a multi-cultural and multi-language environment
