职位描述Bachelor's degree with an internationally recognized professional qualification. Minimum 5 years solid and relevant experience from a sizeable company Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Highly motivated team player with positive attitude Analytical and proactive in problem solving. Proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL, Chinese word processing Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin) Supervising a team experience is an advantage Hands-on experience in Oracle information system is a definite advantage.
Core Business Services – Finance – Senior Accounting Officer
Responsibilities :
- Experience in full set of books and analysis.
- Prepare monthly journals.
- Review and validate journal entries prepared by other teams for accuracy and compliance with accounting standard.
- Ensure timely posting of journals and assist in maintain the integrity of financial record.
- Participate in finance operations and month end / year end close processes.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations review to ensure accounts are accurately reflected.
- Identify discrepancies in balance sheet reconciliations and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Investigate anomalies and monthly variance against budget and provide analysis of differences
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management accounting, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast
- Provide regular support and insightful performance analysis to facilitate better understanding of business performance
- Pro-active communication with internal customers
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions as needed
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments
