The Role

• Responsible for managing finance, operations and IT projects
• Act as a business partner with stakeholders to update the project cycles and streamline workflow processes, improve efficiency and controls
• Collecting users' needs and requirements, collaborate with business and IT teams to define solutions, assisting management team in making informed decisions. Includes conducting option evaluations, prioritization exercises, cost & benefit analyses, and establishing timelines.
• Handle data analysis, and mapping in collaboration with finance and business teams.
• Lead project meetings and prepare meeting minutes for tracking project stages to ensure that action plans meet user requirements on time.
