Main activities are manufacturing and trading of engineered products for the construction and industrial sectors.

Prefer Hong Kong People Candidates for this sales coordination and planning supervisor role.

Age within 45 years' old

Salary budget within 500K HKD annually including bonus

With fluent Cantonese and good Mandarin, also good in English

This role will report to General Manager (Hong Kong people ,based in HK)

Main work focused on material forecast and planning, purchasing management, sales support.

Candidates shall be solid on ERP skills like Dynamic AX system( Other ERP system also can fit, like SAP, Kingdee, Oracle,Yonyou,Sage,etc.)

At least 5 years in sales admin / operation experience. Significant experience in advanced ERP skills on sales management.

Material Forecast and Planning

Purchasing Management

PO processing Place PO in AX and communicate with suppliers the detailed requirement.

Communicate with the Logistics department the lead-time requirements, ensuring on time delivery.

Cooperate with warehouse the real goods receipt unloading sequence of the containers.

Execute goods receipt in AX.

Coordinate with Finance for payment.

Be responsible for the claims related to quality and quantity to suppliers if happens.

Sales Support

Generate sales order in AX system.

Issue picking slip to warehouse via AX.

Coordinate between the warehouse and customers to ensure a good level of customer service and product delivery.
