Job Responsibilities :

• As key member in HK IPO Regulatory Oversight and Documentation team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance and control frameworks with evolving regulatory expectations
• Participate in deal execution by assisting with due diligence scope and protocol during the execution process, with opportunities to engage directly with clients and participate in client meetings.
• Work with Sponsor Principals to identify and resolve specific issues during the execution process and assist in implementing new internal standards based on evolving market developments and regulatory frameworks.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal audits on behalf of the HK IPO and Corporate Finance team, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively develop internal documentation requirements and ensure high-quality documentation practices
• Support HK IPO and Corporate Finance team, focusing on the specific needs and objectives of the team.
