Job Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights : Perform iterative data analysis, generating actionable insights and translating them into business language for stakeholders.

Strategy Development : Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing visualized analyses and dashboards to management and business users.

AI Solutions : Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business areas where AI solutions can drive significant benefits, such as improving customer engagement and increasing customer lifetime value. Demonstrate advanced understanding of data science coding languages (Python, R, SQL) and experience with Generative AI solutions and large language models.

Solution Development : Incorporate design thinking and feedback loops in developing scalable and industrialized solutions that can be rolled out to other business units if required.

Agile Collaboration : Operate in an agile and collaborative environment, supporting the end-to-end implementation of data and AI solutions.

Ethical Standards : Maintain high ethical standards throughout the AI solution implementation process.

Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluating and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Project Management, and Data Visualization

Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools

Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Exposure to GenAI technology with solid project experience is a plus

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
