Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the acquisition, growth and retention strategies for affluent customers, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience
- Analyze the customer behavior and needs referencing market research and customer profile; propose actionable initiatives, according to the defined value proposition of strategic sub-segments, for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty enhancement and retention etc.
- Liaise closely with product and channel to cross-sell suitable products and services to meet target customers' needs holistically, and eventually uplift profitability of the affluent segments
- Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events. Conduct evaluation & review on such. Also ensure efficient using of the approved marketing budget
- Work collectively with counterparts to drive the development of user-friendly & cost-effective sales and service platforms, aiming to improve customer experience at various touch points
- Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required to ensure that they arepetent to perform their jobs.
- Support marketing and loyalty programs for private banking segment
Incumbent Requirements :
Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of experience in marketing preferably in prestige customer segment marketing, preferably in banking fieldAttentive to details and strong sense of market trendAggressive, goal-oriented andmitted to driving business successAbility to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and people management skillsGoodmand of written and spoken English and ChinesePlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
