What you will do :

Responsible for providing all-round support on designated Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR administration for our various clients

Work with clients in human resources report preparation and project support, including but not limited to the drafting of human resources related policies and procedures, guidelines, report, etc. for clients’review.

Provide support in preparing HR metrics & dashboard, periodic reports and analytics.

Conduct HR database maintenance, HR System update and data management.

Maintain and update clients’ employee files, attendance and leave records.

What you should possess :

Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and business writing skills.

Candidates with less experience might be considered as Assistant Human Resources Specialist
