Responsibility
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of personal communication products (including mobile roaming services), encompassing market insights, customer demand analysis, product solution design, development implementation, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization. Optimize processes and manage risks within categories to enhance the standardization of procurement processes, develop risk mitigation measures and plans, and reduce procurement risks.
- Manage product operations by analyzing operational data and user feedback, driving iterative improvements to boost product subscriptions and revenue growth.
- Identify and resolve usage-related product issues to enhance overall product performance.
- Responsible for the operation analysis and support of Mobile Market. This includes the establishment of analysis framework, the construction of analysis system / tools, formulate analysis reports, and the provision of decision support for business optimization.
- Assist in preparing executive reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Efficiently complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of product / marketing experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven understanding of product management and operationsKeen market insight and agility to adapt product strategies based on market dynamics.Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex challenges.Exceptional copywriting and documentation capabilities.
