Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume trades across major CEXs and DEXs with a focus on performance and risk-adjusted returns.
  • Design, implement, and refine both algorithmic and discretionary trading strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and blockchain data to identify profitable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quant developers and analysts to enhance trading infrastructure and tools.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio risk, including exposure, liquidity, and counterparty risk.
  • Maintainpliance with Hong Kong's regulatory framework for virtual assets.
  • Mentor junior traders and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering,puter Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in crypto or traditional financial markets trading.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset markets, DeFi ecosystems, and blockchain technology.
  • Strong programming skills (, Python, SQL) for strategy development and data analysis.
  • Experience with trading APIs, market-making, arbitrage, or HFT strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, andmunication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with Hong Kong's SFC regulations and VATP licensing requirements.
  • Experience working in a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or crypto-native institution.
  • Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are a plus.
