Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach high-potential clients to sell integrated banking and insurance products
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurers, brokers, and internal bank teams to optimize product offerings and distribution channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics of existing channels and propose improvements for efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Ensurepliance with regulatory requirements (, SFC IA) during client interactions.
  • Conduct regular insurance related trainings for frontline and CS staffs
  • Conduct Life & General products due diligence preparation, approval process, deployment preparation and final launch (from product launch, workflow / system design, underwriting and post-launch review, to ensurepliance with relevant regulatory andpliance requirements)
  • Prepare and review various materials including but not limited to product specifications, product approval documents, policy provisions, benefit illustrations to facilitate the product development and implementation process while meeting internal producternance requirements
  • Ensure all program / projects are adhered to banking practice,pliance and regulatory requirement
  • Conduct insurance market research, insurance market trends withpetitive analysis

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Education : Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in bancassurance, insurance agency or insurance brokerage sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel distributions (retail, corporate, online).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and insurance revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with HKMA and IA rule and regulation is essential.
  • Possess strongmercial thinking and business acumen. Able to highlight keypliance and risk issues that could impact business performance
  • Familiar on HK and China insurance market
  • Possess Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper, including paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
  • Possess HKSI paper including paper 1, 7 and 8
  • Strongmunication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written / spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines withoutpromising quality
  • Sensitive to number with strong analytical mindset
