As the Commis  at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong , you will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, contributing to our culinary team’s commitment to high-quality standards while growing your culinary skills under the guidance of our experienced chefs.

A little taste of your day-today

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be :

• Assisting in food preparation, cooking and plating under the supervisor of senior chefs
• Learning cooking techniques and expanding various skills by rotating through different workstations based on restaurant needs
• Following recipes, portion controls, presentation standards, and other standard operating procedures
• Mastering the usage of modern kitchen equipment
• Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times
