Role Overview
Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions in accordance with all regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies
Ensure to follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquires on a timely and professional manner
Assist in carrying out various functional testing for system enhancement purposes
Perform other job related duties or assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Ideal Profile
Degree holder with minimum 6 years of pension fund administration experience
Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulation is a must
Detail-oriented and good team player
Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of Chinese and English (Putonghua is preferred)
Immediately available is highly preferred
