Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment firm and they are seeking for an individual contributor to join their team.

  • Prepare management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
  • Develop financial models and conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis
  • Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting or related field with at least 4 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding in FP&A, management accounting and payment processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus
