职位描述Perform full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to recruitment & staffing activities, visa application, C&B administration, staff on- / off-boarding, employee attendance, learning, staff engagements, etc. Support logistical arrangements for new joiner onboarding and staff departure Maintain accurate employee record in HRIS and filing Assist & participate in staff events including staff annual dinner, training and seminar, cultural committee activities, etc. Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers to support the HR operations Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, or equivalent to HKQF level 5
- 1 year working experience in Human Resources field
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
