THE COMPANY :

Swiss multinational company
Brand owner : electronic component
HK office : trading company for Asia Pacific market
Factories : 30+ production sites located globally
We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

F.5 graduates or above

Diploma holder is a plus

3+ years experience in shipping documents or order processing of any products

Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices

Experience in Asia Pacific / China market is a plus

Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin

Work in a team of 4 members

Perform I / E shipment and order administration for assigned customers in Asia Pacific region

Coordinate with logistics service providers, customers and factories for shipment arrangement

Monitor order status to meet delivery deadline

5 days work

13 months salary + performance bonus
