Supervisor, Technical Services 工程主管- 鰂魚涌商廈(A牌)

Responsibilities :

• To lead a team of technicians and / or independently handle the daily maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency troubleshooting of various facilities and systems in the building.
• To provide technical support and make suggestions for improvement actions to the technician team.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• To monitor and coordinate the work details, work progress, workmanship, safety, etc. of outsourced contractors.
• To submit work records, material list and check list.

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above, holder of certificate or diploma above in electrical / building services / other related engineering, etc. is an advantage.
• 5 years or above of property maintenance and front-line management experience in buildings, hotels, or shopping malls.
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0 or above), Licensed Plumber, Painting, Builder's, etc. is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and simple English.
• Perform shift duty and be on duty during typhoon and other emergencies.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Technician.
