Position
Reporting to Store Manager, the Client Advisor contributes to the growth of sales in the shop. The Client Advisor is responsible for engaging clients and nurture their brand loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values, and maintain customer services as per Loro Piana standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
- Demonstrate team work
- Monitor individual target in terms of daily and monthly sales
Customer Relations And Following
Make clients be convinced by the brand quality and valueWelcome clients like a hostFill out and update the client book, build relationship with customersEnsure the upkeep of the sale space and the image of the storeDeliver extra mile services if neededBack Office Support

Job Requirements :
At least 2 years retail sales experienceService oriented with excellent clienteling skillsEnthusiastic and sincere with positive working attitudeGood team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.Native Cantonese speaker a must
