Job summary
- Monitor UCITS ETF product changes to assess the impact to the locally UCITS registered products across Asia (e.g. Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, etc.)
- Assist new UCITS ETF local registrations and de-registration across Asia (e.g. Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, etc.)
- Liaise with local and overseas key stakeholders on UCITS product changes, new UCITS ETF registrations and de-registrations to meet regulatory requirements, commercial demands and other on-going obligations
- Coordinate and assist in completing annual and regular regulatory filings for both UCITS registered and local ETFs in Asia
- Assist in conducting market & product research and drafting product proposals & business cases
- Assist new local ETF platform and product development projects in Asia
- Assist in evaluating existing products in terms of fund objectives, strategies, commercial demands, features, pricing, expenses ratio, competitiveness etc., and make professional recommendations for actions
- Maintain up-to-date marketing content and regulatory documentation on the ETF websites
- Support sales, client servicing and marketing teams with product-related queries and materials
