Your mission
Your responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to :
Accounting Management
- Handle full sets of accounts including receivable, client settlement, month-end journal entries, bank reconciliation, tax provision etc
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Responsible for the data entry, update and records maintenance in the ERP system
- Manage and monitor the AR / AP, cash and bank balances
- Manage and monitor T& E system
- Support monthly financial accounts closings and management reporting
- Contribute to the annual financial statements (social & consolidate accounts)
- Prepare the quarterly treasury reports : Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges
Management of internal and external relationship
Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRDCooperate and coordinate with auditors (external & internal)Cooperate and coordinate with periodic inspection-reconciliation with business partners and employeesCoordinate with Group partner company and mother company for intercompany reconciliationInternal control
Control of accounting system consistencyMaintain and update internal procedures, participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedure and risk managementOther ad hoc duties as assigned
