The Opportunity

Join our  East Asia Digital Team , part of a wider APAC initiative focused on BIM, Data, and AI. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and AI innovation—leading the development of scalable AI solutions that enhance infrastructure design, construction, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced Agentic AI solutions on engineering projects.
• Select and fine-tune appropriate ML / AI / LLM algorithms for optimal performance.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and Lakehouse architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Agentic AI into BIM, GIS, and sensor-based workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
