C Posted byDirectorA leading HK fund house is looking to hire a junior level sales analyst to support salesmunication, coordination and administration of the team.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams including investment, product, marketing, andpliance team to prepare business proposals, due dilligence questionnaire, and sales presentations in Chinese and English.
  • Support HK and China sales team to update internal database and manage client onboarding process.
  • Provide logistic and documentation support to sales and marketing events.
  • Perform market research on asset management industry; document latest trends in client and products development.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbalmunication skills in English and Cantonese in both written and speaking (Cantonese is a MUST).
  • Passion in business development role in the asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Independent with strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Points and Word.
