Managing subcontractors and control all working permits / authorizations are in place.
Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to project completion.
Maintaining accurate assessment of site performance and proactively take action as required.
Responsible for implementing HSE rules on-site and maintaining quality control procedures.
Achieving site requirements including cost, schedule and performance.
Managing resources including parts, tooling and manpower.
Interface Management between design Subcontractor and Client.
Qualifications
B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Min. 7 years of formal piping supervisory experience in heavy industrial projects such as oil&gas, shipyards, refineries, petro-chemical complexes, power plants, etc.
Experience in Jetty construction is advantage.
Familiar with safe working practices, quality & standards.
Ability to manage / control a multi-national workforce.
Ability to effectively interact with project team members, subcontractors, and multinational employees.
Considerable experience in supervising piping construction staff to achieve effective construction execution.
Chemical Cleaning / Air Blow / Slug Flush / Pigging and Insulation Work experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills and have the ability to effectively manage multiple piping teams.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, French is a plus.
