职位描述Diploma or Form 5 or above 3 years or above accounting experience PRC manufacturing experience would be an advantage Proficiency in using MS office, knowledge of UFIDA U8 or ERP system is a plus Mature, responsible , detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure Strong organization, good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Immediate available or short notice is highly preferable
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle AR & AP invoices & settlements
- Handle bank payments and receipts transactions
- Prepare timely cash flow to top management
- Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records
- Assist in preparing month end closing reports & annual audit
- Report to General Manager - Handle ad hoc as required
