职位描述Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Around 10 years experience an IT Business Analyst In-depth Equities High Touch , Program trading and Market Connectivity business knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines Understanding in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Chronicle Queue Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus Understanding of Java will be a plus Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally will be advantageous
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Set up and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines
- Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities
- Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT applications
