What you will do :

• Co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to In Room Dining
• Responsible for expediting distribution of In Room Dining orders and amenities
• Perform all other related and compatible duties, such as the billing and charging of guest accounts
• Perform as the main point of contact for the department

What you bring :

With at least 2 years experience in In-Room Dining team in sizable hotels

Responsible for expediting distribution of In Room Dining orders and amenities

Manage and co-ordinate all guest requests and In Room Dining orders received by telephone, chat and email

Perform all other related and compatible duties, such as the billing and charging of guest accounts

Willing to work in shifts
