Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of sales incentive plans, including managing theputation of incentive payouts, the daily routine of sales incentives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Formulate and track the incentive budget to ensure expenses are being effectively used and monitored
- Spearhead the development and enhancement of sales tracking dashboards and reports, leveraging data visualization techniques.
- Perform advanced data analysis and provide insightful advisory to facilitate data-driven decision-making on sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
- Drive process streamlining and platform enhancements for sales and incentive management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data management, and drive platform enhancements for sales and incentive management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data extraction, analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to sales incentive frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher)with 6-8 years of business analytics / data engineering / sales incentive experience in a sizeable bank / financial institution.Strong business sense and knowledge in performance management of the industry.Proficient in database programming and data integration (eg Python, PySpark, SQL, etc.) to manipulate large volumes of data.Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSenseExcellentmunication skills and networking skills with key stakeholders from senior management and working levels.Ability to manage and supervise junior technical staff effectively.Proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to take up challenges.Apply Now
