Role Overview :
Meet / exceed sales target assigned
Solicit wealth business by non-face-to-face channels, including FX related products, Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Fund (UT), Bonds or other wealth management products as appropriate
Work to understand customers’ needs through proactive communication with customers, branch staff, product specialists, treasury and / or marketing teams prior to completing transactions
Support GBA (cross border) business
Process transaction by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures
Conduct sales through strict compliance of investment sales process guidelines
Conduct outbound call and manage inbound call on various marketing, sales & service program
Ideal Profile :
University degree with minimum 3-year experience in sales of Investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience .
Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.
Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable .
