Part Time Admin Clerk (兼職文員, 一個月)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Use excel to generate different report and data
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping :
  • Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems.
  • Update and maintain records
  • Answer and direct phone call professionally..
  • Assist in generating routine reports

Qualifications

  • Secondary school or above
  • 1 years or above in clerical or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
  • Work Location

  • Central
  • Work Hour

  • 9am 6pm, Mon -Fri (One month contract)
