Plan, execute and monitor all engineering, maintenance and repair works for the container handling equipment
Review the equipment performance and work practices; and suggest ways to improve equipment's reliability, availability and productivity to meet department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Prepare technical specifications for contract / tender documents to ensure that the requested services fulfill department's requirements
Ensure safe working procedures and practices being strictly followed by his / her team including contractors
Prepare progress and performance reports for engineering projects, maintenance and repair works
Manage and supervise a group of technicians & contractors; provide technical guidance, support and training to the team
Requirements :
University graduate in Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Solid experience and knowledge in planning and executing maintenance and repair works of heavy equipment
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
