职位描述Bachelor degree or above in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation engineering or related discipline Deep-understanding data center facilities, such as Electrical system, MVAC, ELV, BMS, Fit-out, fire service etc. Minimum of five years of experience in data center design, construction, practical acceptance and standardization fields, and undertake large-scale data center consulting, design or delivery would be preferable. Familiar with data center or telecommunication or related industry standards, such as TIA / EIA942, BICSI, IEEE and NFPA etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD and having ability of using Sketchup or 3DMAX is preferred. Good presentation and interpersonal skills Good team spirit, self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills Experience in multi-cultural environment Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with customers, identify the requirements of customer and analyze sales opportunity for Data Center integrated solutions
- Coordinate global internal resource ,responsible for the success of project execution and the satisfaction of customers
- Achieve challengeable sales target and margin requirement
- Lead or participate in the Data Center bidding, solution preparation, quotation, technical clarification, negotiation, delivery planning, contract making etc.
- Monitor project progress, guarantee documentation quality, competitiveness of proposal, contract quality and responsible for profitability and deliverability of project as Project manager, deputy project manager or technical director
