Purpose of Position :
- To design the business development strategy for strengthening our foundation for growing our global HNW business across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and other international markets
- To meet and / or exceed the business plan of the Company assigned on yearly basis
- To develop a strong partnership with international brokers with focuses on Global HNW & International business across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and other international markets
- To facilitate Global HNW product and platform development with competitive insights
- To manage the Global HNW team to design and execute the business development plan
Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales Side
To build strategic alliance with the reputable international brokers, which align with business direction of the Company, for meeting sales plan, business targetDevelop business development plan to foster a sustainable business growthTo analyse Global HNW market trend, provide international market and product insight to achieve company goalTo build a comprehensive Global HNW business platform to facilitate the penetration to HNW segmentTo bring up idea and design tailor made campaigns / sales support / training / sponsorship programs to activate and / or maintain active business relationship with HNW segment across different marketsTo penetrate further in focused International Brokers by weekly visits and relationship building with various levels from Chief Executive, Business head as well as technical representativesTo plan and utilise the agreed financials support to maximize the top lineTo conduct training on products to various levels of the partners and build up edge to promote them to broker marketTo drive and build Global HNW business with product innovation and international broker diversification across different marketsProject and Compliance Side
To participate in the product and platform development process and test the business potential for bespoke productsStreamline and facilitate the financing platformProvide market intelligent to enhance the underwriting processTo understand and investigate the concerned processes, including but not limited to, cooling off, renewal and orphan handling and so on to ensure business qualityTo conduct annual due diligence on our active international brokers to make sure the Company work with quality partnersTo manage all compliance issues of assigned international brokers or segmentBachelor's degree holder with at least 12 years’ relevant experience in insurance industryAt least 5 years experience focus on Global HNW segment and International brokers partnershipGood communications and sales motivation skillsExcellent customer service mind-setExcellent product training skillExcellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
