Description :
One of the leading IT&T firms with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Plan & design the full cycle of training and development program for all regions, including but not limited to TNA, sourcing, delivery and evaluation
Work closely with external consultants for content design and delivery as well as search, identify and evaluate the training contents against the training objective
Organize and coordinate for all training events and act as a facilitator to collaborate and achieve synergy during the program
Perform evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of each training event and provide recommendation for further enhancement / changes for achieving the best outcome towards the business needs
Liaise with BUs / relevant parties to effective the execution of training activities
Involve in e-Learning platform development, enhancement and implementation
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business studies or related discipline
4+ years solid experience in Training & Development design and planning
Hands on experience in e-learning system is highly preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skill, multi-tasking and enjoy working as a Business Partner with a range of consultants and BUs
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Proficient in Mandarin is a must)
