HEAD OF NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Our client is a well-established financial organization with a proven track record in value-add investments. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.

Have overall responsibility for management of the relationships with custody banks and Central Securities Depositories. Handle due diligence, contract negotiation and management, operational oversight and risk management. Prospect for new network relationships and oversee their establishment. Maintain the P&L and deliver on annual budget targets agreed. Lead and manage the channel management team. Develop and implement the network management strategies to optimize the distribution of products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with the network relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Conduct market research to identify new network opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the network connection, ensuring a positive working relationship. Collaborate with other teams / departments to align the network management team strategies with overall business plans.

To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the securities services industry, or at a market infrastructure provider or bank. Familiarity with financial markets, particularly in fixed income and equities products is beneficial. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decisions at various management levels. Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
